More Rain and Cool Weather for Areas of the State

The fall like weather with cool conditions and rain will continue across many portions of the state.  Rain showers will be the most prevalent in the east, especially in the southeast,  today.  The southeast, including the city of Laramie, is under a Flood Watch.  Be aware that other areas of the state may be prone to flooding concerns throughout the day as well.  Rain showers will be found in the rest of the state too, but they will be a bit more scattered.  Fog is leading to reduced visibility around Jackson and from Riverton south to Rock Springs.  Further north, although mainly dry, strong winds will continue throughout the day.

The weather does not look like it will break this weekend either as this stubborn weather pattern stays in place.  Expect even move widespread rain showers on Saturday with continued cooler than average temperatures.

Eastern Wyoming will continue to see more showers on Sunday, but weather charts are indicating that they will be more of the scattered variety.  This is also where the coolest temperatures will be found.  Northern Wyoming will experience more scattered shower activity as well.  Elsewhere showers will be more isolated.
