The Cowboys Are Getting the Ball to Their Best Player [AUDIO]

As the Wyoming Cowboys get closer to Mountain West play, they’re hoping to be playing at their best.  Right now, Wyoming is 8-4, and things have been up and down through the first 12 games.  The Pokes have yet to get a marquee win, but have played two highly ranked teams close, with one of those, Ohio State, pulling away over the last ten minutes.  But one consistent has been the play of junior forward Larry Nance, Jr., who has been nearly unstoppable of late.  But head coach Larry Shyatt says as good as he’s been, it’s been his teammates also realizing he’s got the hot hand.

Wyoming wraps up non-conference play, against Western State, New Year’s Day.  The Mountain West season begins a week from tomorrow (Saturday), at Nevada
