Chance For Strong To Severe T-Storms Through Friday, Staying Very Warm To Hot

A ridge of high pressure will build over the state of Wyoming today and will remained settled over the region through at least the end of the work week.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with very warm to hot temperatures today, Thursday, and Friday.  Temperatures by the end of the week could reach 10 to 15 degrees above the average for this time of year.  There will, however, be a chance for isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms due to low-level moisture and daytime heating, especially across central and eastern Wyoming.  Any storms that develop could be strong to severe and capable of producing hail, gusty winds, and brief periods of heavy rain.
