Our latest cold front and weather system will slowly move out of the state of Wyoming today. Flurries or light snow showers will linger for much of the day, especially across central and eastern portions of the state. Otherwise, expect partly to mostly cloudy skies, breezy to gusty winds, and colder than normal temperatures. High temperatures will remain in the 20’s to lower 30’s. Slick and icy roads will be found throughout the entire state of Wyoming today into Tuesday morning. There could also be some intermittent blowing snow in northeastern Wyoming as well as the more wind-prone areas of I-25 and I-80, which could reduce visibility. Higher pressure will then build over the region on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies, breezy to strong winds, and mainly dry weather conditions during this time. There will also be no major travel concerns. Temperatures will remain cold and below average on Tuesday, then expect warmer and above normal temperatures by Wednesday and Thursday.
