Wyoming quarterback Josh Allen is ready to be the guy for the Cowboys behind center.  Allen was named the starting quarterback following a solid spring in Laramie.  He joined the SportsZone, on affiliate KFBC in Cheyenne, Thursday afternoon to talk about his expectations for the summer and the 2016 season.
