DCI Releases Photo of Two People of Interest in Capitol Explosive Case

The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation has released a photo of the two people of interest in the Capitol explosive device case.

The first subject is described has a darker complexion with a dark hoodie. The hoodie had a circle shaped emblem on the front and sleeves. The first subject was wearing light colored pants and dark colored shoes with white shoe laces and a white toe box.

The second subject has lighter complexion and wearing a dark colored coat. The coat was possibly made by North Face. The unzipped coat was over a dark colored shirt and he was carrying a backpack. The second subject was wearing dark colored pants and dark shoes.

The first subject appeared to be wearing a Vitriol Angel Face Black Wash Zip Hoodie. The sweatshirt has cyber sigilism designs with Old English text. Old English Text is embroidered onto the hood of the sweatshirt.

The incident occurred October 21st and began when a suspicious object, now described as a deconstructed live firework munition with a fuse, was discovered outside the State Capitol, prompting the evacuation of the building.

DCI has reviewed a significant amount of video evidence and identified two subjects who were in the area together during the time in question.
