Police suspect foul play in the death of a man whose body was found in an alley near Casper’s City Park.
Officers have not identified the man, who is described as being in his late 20s or early 30s.
Two men who were walking down the alley behind the Elk’s Lodge during a work break spotted the man’s body, face, down, shortly after 9 a.m. Monday.
Police have not said how he died.
No suspects have been identified, but Capt. Steve Freel says he does not believe there is any threat to the public.
