Governor to Host Town Hall in Sheridan to Address Wyoming’s Economic Future

As Wyomingites face growing concerns regarding the economy, inflation, and jobs creation, Governor Mark Gordon will hold a town hall meeting in Sheridan from 1 to 3 p.m. July 23 to hear from community members.

The Governor will moderate a panel of education, industry, and private sector leaders who will discuss protection of Wyoming’s core industries, workforce development, and how to better coordinate Wyoming’s economic development needs with our educational system.

Governor Gordon will be joined by local K-12 and higher education leaders, as well as representatives from the private sector for the Town Hall.

“This town hall is an opportunity to share hopeful information regarding the all-out efforts by state, local, and industry leaders and citizens to protect our Wyoming way of life by continuing to grow our economy,” Governor Gordon said.

“I look forward to hearing from community members to learn of any stones we may have left unturned. Working together, we will defend our economy, our jobs, and Wyoming’s future.”
