An inmate at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution in Torrington has died.
According to the Department of Corrections, 65-year-old Leopoldo Montoya died Sunday. Montoya was convicted of 1st Degree Sexual Assault Intrusion in the First Judicial District Court in Laramie County on May 31, 2002.
An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death.
