Much Improved Travel Weather Across Wyoming [VIDEO]

As a low pressure system shifts farther east, higher pressure will start to build over the entire state of Wyoming today. Expect sunny skies, warmer than normal temperatures, and dry weather conditions statewide. High temperatures will remain in the 40’s to lower 50’s.  Winds, however, will be breezy to windy at times. Watch out for wind gusts between 35 and 50 mph across southeastern portions of the state, with some higher gusts possible through mid-day.  Higher pressure will then be the main weather feature throughout the state on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Sunny skies, unseasonably mild temperatures, and mainly dry weather conditions will remain in the forecast during this time.  With the exception of some occasional wind gusts of 35+ mph across the wind-prone areas, there will be no major travel concerns.
