Road Impact Forecast for Tuesday, April 12 [VIDEO]

High pressure will build over the state of Wyoming today and Wednesday.  This will allow temperatures to become milder and well above normal during this time.  High temperatures will remain in the 50’s and 60’s, with some lower 70’s possible.  There is, however, a good supply of Pacific moisture and atmospheric instability that will be transported into the region.  Expect early sunshine with increasing clouds later in the day.  There will also be a chance for showers and thunderstorms, especially across central and southern Wyoming.  Roads could become wet at times.  A large low pressure system will then approach the region on Thursday and will become settled over the region on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.  Expect cloudy, overcast skies with cooler and even more unsettled weather during this time.
