The Congressional Budget Office released a report saying that 14 million people would lose health insurance under the plan Republicans in Congress are proposing to replace the Affordable Care Act. Wyoming Senator John Barrasso says he saw the CBO report, and the CBO has been wrong in the past.
Barrasso says many of the 14 million people mentioned in the CBO report are people that don’t want to buy government approved health insurance under the Affordable Care Act.
The CBO report did say the Republican plan will save over $300 billion. Barrasso says the plan is just a framework right now and must work its way through the congressional process.
