Central, southern and southeastern Wyoming will continue to see major impacts and blizzard conditions in areas through about 6pm this evening. This will be especially true for Wheatland south and Rawlins west. Snow will be tapering off north to south and west to east through the rest of this morning but N to NW winds of 25 to 45 mph with some gusts to 50mph will continue through about 6pm. Icy roads, significant blowing and drifting snow and near zero visibility will keep portions of I-80, I-25 and highways in central, southeastern and south-central Wyoming closed until late today or this evening. Conditions tonight and Thursday will be mostly dry, not as windy and cold.
