High pressure will remain settled over the entire state of Wyoming for the rest of today and Wednesday. Expect plenty of sunshine, warmer than normal temperatures, and dry weather conditions statewide. Winds could be breezy to gusty at times statewide, mainly today. Expect wind gusts between 20 and 35 mph at times, but there could be some isolated gusts up to 40 mph at times across some of the more wind prone areas. Dry conditions and gusty winds will create high fire danger across the entire state of Wyoming during this time. Red Flag Warnings are currently in effect for portions of central and southern Wyoming. Daytime highs through Wednesday will stay in the 60’s and 70’s, while overnight lows will drop into the 30’s and 40’s. A cool front and weather disturbance will quickly move across the state on Thursday. However, there will be no moisture associated with it. Expect partly to mostly sunny skies, breezy to gusty winds, and mainly dry weather conditions. Temperatures will also become cooler and closer to average, with daytime highs in the 50’s and 60’s.
