Warm With A Small Chance For T-Storms Through Sunday

A large ridge of high pressure will start to build over the state of Wyoming today and will remained settled over the region through the end of the weekend.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with warm to hot temperatures statewide for the rest of today, Saturday, and Sunday.  However, we cannot rule out a few isolated showers and thunderstorms due to lingering low-level moisture and daytime heating.  The best chance for precipitation will be in western and southern portions of the state.  There will most likely not be a lot of moisture with any storms that develop, but there will still be a chance for small hail and gusty winds.  Southeastern Wyoming will see near average temperatures, with daytime highs in the mid 70’s to lower 80’s.  Expect warmer than normal temperatures elsewhere, with daytime highs in the mid 80’s to lower 90’s.
