Boaters are flocking back to Wyoming’s waters for the start of the 2024 boating season and are reminded that they must comply with Aquatic Invasive Species (AIS) prevention protocols. It is the boater’s responsibility to review and comply with watercraft regulations. Check stations across the Laramie Region are now open and anyone transporting watercraft must stop at all open check stations they encounter during their travels. All watercraft entering Wyoming from March 1 to November 30 must undergo a mandatory inspection.
