The Wyoming Lottery Corporation hopes to launch a new random draw game in the fall to add to Powerball, Mega Millions and the Cowboy Draw. But after some research done by the lottery, CEO John Clontz says not having scratch ticket games is leaving millions of potential dollars on the table.
Under the law that set up the lottery, scratch tickets are not included because they are considered instant gratification games.
